Time’s Up. Ovvero, il tempo è scaduto, è arrivata l’ora della denuncia globale. Questa 75esima edizione dei Golden Globe Awards, verrà sicuramente ricordata come l’edizione più politically correct (giustamente) di sempre, in un tripudio di abiti neri e slogan contro gli abusi e le molestie sessuali dilaganti nell’industria cinematografica e dell’entertainment.

Da questa edizione, l’Italia esce a mani vuote: nessun premio per Call me by your name di Luca Guadagnino (tre nominations), ne per Jude Law (The Young Pope) di Paolo Sorrentino, ne per Helen Mirren, nominata come migliore attrice protagonista per Ella & John – The Leasure seeker di Paolo Virzì.
